—Vegetable Crudités with Artichoke dressing, sliced melon, pineapple, and berries with custard cream, and cubed cheddar, muenster, and Jalapeno jack cheeses.  $4.95 per guest
 
Grande Welcome
—Vegetable Crudités with Artichoke and Spinach dressings, sliced melon and tropical fruits with custard cream, Herbed brie wedge, sliced baby Swiss, aged cheddar, Colby, and Jalapeno Jack cheeses, and an assortment of gourmet crackers.  $5.95 per guest
 
Premiere Welcome
—Petit vegetable Crudités with Artichoke and Spinach dressings, marinated artichokes, palm hearts, imported  olives, and pickled asparagus, sliced melon and tropical fruits with custard cream, herbed brie, warmed camembert, and port wine cheese with roasted garlic croustades and cocktail breads. $6.95 per guest
